Plenary Partners Meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria

Sofia, Bulgaria– Partners from all over Europe attended a plenary meeting of the European Safe Online Initiative held at Sofia University in Bulgaria from February 1-2, 2023.

The purpose of these meetings is to bring the partners together once again in person to discuss the status of the project as well as the progress being made on the deliverables. There have been training sessions conducted with parents in Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus, with partners also agreeing to deliver 25 training sessions in order to expand the project’s reach in the months ahead.

As part of the meeting, preparations and progress were made regarding the final deliverables of the project, which will be available to the general public in the near future. This includes the official project publication, which will be released in the form of a book, a “project prototype” that consists of modules and videos that detail how to replicate the ESOI model of training, as well as a final conference that has now been scheduled for June 8th, 2023 in Brussels, Belgium.

Moreover, in order to further facilitate the dissemination of results, the project partners will also be producing promotional materials in their respective national languages.

Please stay tuned for more information.
